Throw Back

Its not that far away... Again :-/

I know this is probably the last thing you want to be looking at or even thinking about but we all know how quick it comes around :-P

I've already head people saying they have been buying things already, so i thought i'd do a throw back on my winter wonderland day in London.

Started off at the South Bank, it was so lovely and such a nice atmosphere!! They had all the German market there, it was pretty expensive but you wouldn't expect anything else in London but i think its worth going to even if you just want to have a mooch about :-)

We then walked down to Hyde Park that's where the Winter Wonderland is, I was really looking forward to going as it was something I've wanted to do the last few Christmases. When we got there it was rammed!! We linked onto each other so nobody got lost lol. The rides averaged from five pounds up. We had tickets for the magical ice kingdom which was amazing!! We didn't stay that long i wasn't enjoying getting pushed and shoved by other people. I recommend if you do decide to go, make sure you go early in the day or go when the kids are in school because its less busy then and pre book what you can.

The last place we went was oxford street, it looked amazing :-) and Selfridges did not fail to impress me with their window displays. The theme was marmite all the way down there where marmite lights and one had images of people that had posted them in. Nearly all the shops had lights and it just looked so magical!! We got there pretty late so there wasn't many people about so made it even more nice to walk around and take in the prettiness of the lights :-)
